Block Times

Block-time engagements for businesses that know something needs fixing but aren't sure exactly what, or how. You buy a set number of hours upfront - 5, 20, or whatever fits - and we use that time to investigate, diagnose, and start solving the problem as we go. It works like a hybrid of consultancy and discovery, without the delay of a separate scoping phase before any real work begins.

A lot of issues are hard to define from the outside. Something feels slow, a process feels clunky, or results have plateaued, but pinpointing the cause usually takes someone in the system looking at it directly. Rather than asking you to scope the problem yourself, we use the block of time to get into your setup, identify what's actually going on, and apply fixes as we find them.

Pricing is based on the number of hours purchased, with larger blocks working out more cost-effective. Unused time can typically be rolled into further work. Get in touch and we will talk through what you are dealing with and recommend a block size that makes sense.
